As a bonafide nobody who knows everyone mentioned in this lovely bit of drama, let me throw in my worthless opinion about the people brought up.
DH: Very cool guy, kept running into him in Vegas this year. The guy's a machine. I think it was very nice of you to give Nysus a place to stay for a convention, sounds like something you would do.
Jason from vidsvids: Seems to be wary that people who come up and talk to him want something, or are trying to get his favor by being fake. I think he got that impression from me when I first talked to him at DP Tabu party. Still is a nice guy, and a wealth of information that he will gladly make time to regurgitate upon request. Brushed me off to talk to Igor. I can see someone getting the impression DH did of Vidsvids, intentional or not. Having two drunk people trying to communicate in above kindergarten level of intention is generally a recipe for disaster.
Igor: I've known Igor for a while, and have heard enough stories from people in the business to start my own forum However, they are not for me to tell. Still, when it is someone you know well getting bad mouthed, whether that person deserves it or not, you tend to want to stick up for them. I think this may have gotten DH into some of this hot water.
Nysus: Don't know him. Objectively it sounds like that you sold out someone who gave you a place to stay, and then asked if you could use their idea for a site. Any way you say it, it sounds horrible. Damage control time...

Anyways, I don't think there is any valid reason for DH and Vidsvids to not be on amicable terms. You're both decent guys.

I ended up checking this thread again after someone asked me about it.
Agent White - You're so far off because of you solely believing DrinkingHard's side of things.
I paid my share of the room, it was agreed upon prior to; he happened to have a room booked already, and for him to save money he let myself and Daymare rent the room. Daymare paid for my share initially and I paid him back afterwards.
You also can't say you're a bonafide nobody who knows everyone mentioned, especially when you say you know DrinkingHard and "sounds like something he'd do" and then state you don't know me; so technically, your opinion is worthless / not relevant.
DH, very cool guy? If he can make money off of you, otherwise he will treat you as horribly as he has treated me because of his anger and aggression problems; notice how he doesn't post much on the boards anymore? He can't control himself; once again, he offered to split his room 3 ways instead of having to fit the bill by himself; interesting how when you only listen to one side of a story, how good and generous one can make themselves sound.
Jason from Vidsvidsvids and DrinkingHard were both purposefully acting as if they were big shots; "ACT AS IF [and they will believe you're important or a big shot]" is DrinkingHard's motto; and they may have drinken a lot, but hence his name, DrinkingHard, [which he hilariously now has changed to DrinkingMODerately], would be able to handle 15-20 beer or whatever he had much better than someone who rarely drinks; get it?

Objectively, not from your flawed / one-sided story, a) I didn't sell anyone out, b) he offered myself and Daymare a place to stay, and even picked us as we were on the way because he's save money, and yes, he's a smart business man, doesn't mean a good person or a good man though. He treated me horribly and him and his buddies ganged up on me.
Agent White - I highly doubt you read all of the threats of how DrinkingHard would make sure all of my businesses fail and make sure I don't make it, etc.. as well as bringing my family and personal issues into the matter.
I bet DrinkingHard would of wanted to kill me if I brought in personal matters I knew about him, and I wouldn't blame him, but I wouldn't do that to someone.

I know Jason wanted to talk to DrinkingHard after I told Jason that DrinkingHard thought he was a certain way, but that was because Jason was acting the same way, so DrinkingHard did the same in return; Jason was doing it purposefully though; and now, Jason from Vidsvidsvids has made much more money from his site since then as well; I could calculate that as well.
I knew you were both being macho, because DrinkingHard on the drive back home said he was acting all cocky and full of himself, and so was Jason from Vidsvidsvids [plus a bunch of other things DrinkingHard said [much worse about Jason that I never mentioned to anyone] that Daymare could back me up on, though I'm sure he doesn't care to remember now.]
Lastly, "You're both decent guys." - Jason is a very decent guy, DrinkingHard however was a horrible person towards me, and attacked me personally and in business; you call that decent or a good person?
It's gone on too long for him to apologize though; all of his buddies would look down on him, even though it would be a respectful and honourable thing to do.. I doubt he could do it, and I heavily doubt it would be genuine.
Me talking to Jason was harmless, and I knew it would be. DrinkingHard has made 20%+ from Vidsvidsvids gallery spots, and Jason has made a ton more because he wasn't selling his gallery spots for very much; DrinkingHard of course was nice enough to mark-up the prices as he does with every site he represents.
An apology to me from DrinkingHard and even a thank you is in order I believe, though I don't want them from him; they're worthless from him.
And those steaks he sends everyone, that comes from the 20%+ automatic increase in costs; which is your money to begin with, so he's buying a steak for you, with your money. Good business, horrible person to me though, and you can't be a "good person" if you're not always a good person, and to everyone, and all the time; that means respect and a number of other things.
I'm done here, not replying again to this thread, even if ass-faces who are business buddies of DrinkingHard's or aliases or people who work for him post bullshit; I posted the truth above, I don't care or give a shit who else cares or believes me.
I didn't review what I wrote either like I usually would to make sure everything is correct, so fuck off anyone who wants to pick out words from what I say and twist them around to be against me.
