I remember calling Cingular customer service when I had them and it was so frustrating trying to talk to someone when we both couldn't really understand eachother. Sure they can speak English but with the thick accents it's really hard to understand. Not cool...
I hate the new ATT/Cingular. I can't stand calling their customer service for exactly this reason. I also got shitty in-store customer service from some rude sales guy. Plus, their website navigation blows. I finally had to write them an angry e-mail a few days ago.
