The posible problem was if you intend to use her name reffered in any way to her person . I know a guy wich bought prime minister's name of my country and try make a site about him or something and he lost the name in favour of the prime minister lol . I guess is a not a right example because of obvious power wich the involved person have to settle the things in his favour ...yet a question mark arise from this storry .
