    CNN just said the Carolinas are getting slammed with ice storms

    I looked outside and it's bright and sunny here in Charlotte.

    I'm getting phone calls from people I know in other states wondering if everything is ok.

    Weather.com's radar shows a little rain on the NC coast, and a little freezing area on the north coastline in NC. SC looks completely clear.

    They had footage of snowfall and ice covering everything, and said it was in South and North Carolina.

    I'm stumped.
