              Content is included (just the content from the sets used in the design).i'm pretty sure its transferable If not you can purchase it from cool-content

                      I'm always amazed why people try to sell sites. If you want to get out the biz, leave the site up and running and just collect checks

                          Because this site was made but never promoted. Its just the outside + template. Its not generating any revenue.

                          I don't have time to work on it. Why let it sit there when someone else could be making money off it?
