!oi ... two quick suggestions...
1. Use your real name - or at least be consistant with your handle on the various sites you post on when *selling*. Lots of stolen domains out there...not saying any of your listings are, but your lack of candor in regards to your identity makes some folks wonder - and more to the point, you are missing out on some good offers as a result.
2. Contact the folks who own teensex.com (worth a bundle!) and other domains along those lines - note what are they using them for and try to estimate values on them...that will give you a better baseline to work from for pricing adultsex.com.

indiana.com sold for $50,000 ... reportedly STOLEN!
secretary.com sold for $xx,xxx ... reportedly STOLEN!
ks.com sold for $10,000 ... reportedly STOLEN!
And that's just a sampling off the top of my head...
Reputation and trust on important when it comes to buying domain names, especially since there is no formal written title system - registrars can and do return "stolen" domains back to their rightful owners all the time leaving the scammed buyers SOL!
On an aside, theft via Enom has become so bad that some registrars auto-reject all transfer-outs to them and require manual verification.
