never used comus but I'm sure they've a simple template like

build a template. check it in the browser.. add some own hosted galls so thumbs will appear...Comment

Your at the very beginning of your career in adult. Undestand that with Qs like this it may be a short one.
Given that and mving on. Perhaps the wise thing to do is pay Sixzeros to help put up a site. He is the one that did the proframming of CT ( at least most of it as far as I know). He is respectful of the newbie and a great resource. If he will do it for you, what ever he charges makes it worthwhile.
Next you have to learn a bit of HTML (PHP too wouldn't hurt). You should also read all of the instructions on CT and go to their support board.
To be honest, you are not ready to hire a designer yet IMO. You need to get some more knowledge 1st. A class on html would help. They have them at the local junior college I'm sure.
You are going to want a trading script too. That will result in another headache to get up and working on your host. So be ready to pay some people to help.
