Fuckin Sears

What kind of a dumbass store sells gift cards-even online-and doesn't accept online payment with gift cards?
I'm pissed...I found some nice shit for the Vegas show, was all set up to checkout, because the damn sale (which is saving me almost half of what I'm spending) ends at midnight, and they don't accept the card for online purchases!
And wouldn't ya figure that I don't even have the 112 bucks I need on any of my Mastercards. (I only use prepaid because I was stupid in college with my credit and can't get anything else.) And, since it's Christmas, there's no where to go to load the fucking thing.
My husband's like-well, we can go to the store tomorrow...
But you know they don't carry the same shit in the store most of the time, and anyway, the sale ends tonite.

note: I guess it might be a fraud prevention thing, it wouldent be too difficult to generate card ids.

sears fucked me on delivering a new stainless steel fridge..

their driver went home sick at 6pm after i fucking waited all day for them.

i'll never buy a fucking thing from them again

I bought a stainless bar fridge from sears (40% off sale) went ot one store, didnt have any, they checked and was like theres 14 at this other store (40 minutes away) so I drive out there and what do you know, they havent had any in weeks.
The manager was nice and gave it to me for 50% off and had it delivered for no cost though.

fuck sears ! lol i work at a local furniture and appliance store and sears loses appliance sales to us every day do to their shitty sales tactics and all their added fees. say you buy a range it would cost you 20 dollars to have it delivered within town but that is after they have to order the item for you which takes on average one week then if you live out of town its doubled to 40 dollars for delivery then when they get to your house they will bill you another 20 dollars to put a cord on the range or you will have a range in your house with no cord if you refuse. Sears and Sendback Co. is what we like to call them. Oh forgot to mention the 20 dollar removal fee if you want them to take your old appliance.

Not as bad as Montgomery Ward-when I was in college my mom let me keep her card in case of an emergency with my car...Well, I went and bought some blankets for my son one day, and I had asked for permission, but the vlerk called to verify anyway, which was fine, my mom said ok and all. Well, the clerk must have kept her card info, because when mom got her bill, about 20 minutes after my purchase, someone charged a computer to her card (and this was in '95, when they were really expensive!). And of course I look like the asshole. My mom had to fight that thing until they eventually went out of business.

Why not? Bad Credit wouldnt stop you from getting a bank account..

I hate Sears. They have nothing but boring clothes for bigger girls. Also when shopping there for relatives. They were out of almost everything. Stock your fucking shelves already.
