    The Word About HIV: AVN Lacks Ethics

    Fuck man, am I wrong here, or is AVN starting an HIV lynch mob? This strikes me as being really unethical and unfair to the people who aren't yet aware that they have been exposed.

    Whatever happened to a little medical privacy?

    Jeez, I know we're all in the porn industry, but this could be damning for those performers listed in the article.

                                                                                  i think with more testing, that viral load test they are waiting for, they can pinpoint more closely when exactly he came into contact with the HIV virus. Then it's up to him to figure out who he was with professionally and non-professionally.

                                                                                  And yeah, he could have gotten it from one of those girls, he just tested positive first. But AIM probably has those girls on record and i am speculating that they all have later clean tests than Darren James did.

                                                                                          Without a third party being authorized to tell the industry about these people, how can you be sure all of them would stop working?
