I think it was very well acted, but the movie was too cliche. The actors did their best to save it.
I just watched "Max" with Cusack last night. Good movie! Not one of the best, but highly interesting. It's about Hitler before he came to power, and how he got into politics and exactly the right time, and how he was a nutbar from the beginning. No, Cusack doesn't play Hitler. Cusack is a great actor, and a hell of a nice guy. I met him in Chicago in front of Bloomingdales while I was smoking a cigarette (He was too) in -20 degree (with windchill) temps in a whiteout. We ended up having coffee and bullshitting for about 2 hours. Hell of a guy
