    How many of you have your own fake TGP's?

    I know people have freesites and avs sites and what not. But how many people are utilizing their own fake TGP's?

              What methods of traffic have you tested on them? Google, traffic brokers, 404 or popunder on your own stuff? Do you even bother to rotate the links on them?

                  I've started more than I can count. I end up just not liking it. It's a pain to maintain trades and it's not crucial to my business.

                  The idea of having a 100k TGP to only make x amount per day with all the traffic and bandwidth kind of sucks. I'd rather build a few thousand daily SE hits for the price of a domain or 2 and some elbow grease.

                          I've got a couple myself. All traffic is hard link traffic from other sites, SE traffic from KW searches, 404 traffic from some of my gallery domains and a bit of skimmed traffic from other TGP's.

                              I wouldn't even be doing trades personally and I don't. I'm saying you make a site with 100 or so galleries and make it look like a tgp and then drop traffic off to it from various sources.

                                              Ah, well I've done stuff like that before and done OK. More like showcases with either a TGP2 gallery from each sponsor in a niche or a hosted. Good way to filter traffic that isn't good enough to throw a direct link at but isn't shitty enough to use as a trade builder.

                                                  I think I read somewhere sunnydollars has alot. I haven't used their galleries cause I don't own a TGP but their sites convert better with my traffic than any others have in a long time.

                                                      I would think if managed with a little flow of SE traffic, a steady flow of bulk bookmarker traffic and some clicked traffic that it could convert pretty well depending on if you're offering up the right stuff to your surfers.

                                                                          No I understand the 5 pic or small galleries but they also operate like regular tgp's by accepting submissions and doing trades. I don't intend to do any of that. Just filtering traffic mostly that I already have from my other stuff that didn't sell on one sponsor to a cheaper sponsor or maybe a specific item they might want or showed some interest in.

I might also give a test to some clicked traffic here and there and maybe for the hell of it see what kind of bookmarking numbers I can get out of cheap traffic.

                                                                                                                              with the fake TGPs in mind and hosted galleries from sponsors, is there a script or some way to mix round the links everyday so it looks to the surfer that you updated. when really all that happened was the links rotated from the 866 you have?
