Eventually this is gonna get to the point where the USA is going to de-link countries that insit on being spam havens. Then you can send spam all you want... but the extent of your reach will be confined to your nation's borders and any other countries that wish to link to you.
I think we will eventually see the internet fragmented. As unfortante as it will be to segment the network, it might eventually be the only way to put a stop to the problem.Comment
