Damn my free site is getting to big!

I started a free site where members have to register with valid email addys and I now have nearly 12,000 of them there and it's growing daily. Just purchased another server tp spread the load around the sites.

Other than promoting my own fetish site to these members has anyone any ideas what else I can promote to them to make more money?

Can I ask a few questions about your free site? What script do you use? And are you able to track how many logins you get? Do you get members who come back often?

I make one weekly mailing, usually 2 sponsors. I use that mailing to present the new sets added. Make sure you get some kind of cams running. Refer to this thread for some great plug ins for your member's area ( http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?p=6165022 )

We use PHP-Nuke, PHPBB for the forums and SPCchat. We turned of logs awhile back to speed up the site and once the new server is in place we will turn them back on. We have regular members that post everyday but they are in the minority.

Wow I only email them about once every 6-8 weeks because I haven't been pushing any other products. Thanks PussyMan I will start a weekly mailer and push a couple of products related to our niche and see how it goes. We have just setup payperview so I will promote that heavily to them as well.

Find your self a good sponsor and stick with them. Just make sure that the sponsor that you choose has the same standards as your site.
For example, if you dont not have any pop ups, then using a sponsor that does will kill your customers.

Only 6-8 weeks? You're definetly losing out on some serious income. You can easily mail them once a week or even twice a week and not risk losing too many members.
