I always liked his posts. Esp. as he defended me, when Sleazy was calling me an idiot, although he was the idiot, because he had no clue, what he was talking about.

I'd love to have a bit of Sleazys time. He's built an empire himself and there's lots to learn from him as well. Another thing I need to do in Vegas . . . Damn! No rest for the wicked, I think is what they say??

Sleazy is a successful webmaster, but "built an empire"? Thats going a little over board.

Okay, maybe I am. The question is: what is an empire? Dictionary.com says an empire is . . .

Okay, so apples are out! However, a domain (read internet) ruled by an emperor (read anyone who owns the damn thing) seems fitting. Now the question comes down to one of validity. To qualify in the same category Choker did for the article, he would have to be considered "successful". WTF does that mean? Well, I'm the first to admit that that judgement is really up to me - that's my bias. However . . .

To me, anyone that can fly themselves to conferences whenever they want, have a whack of fun toys at their disposal and have created a decent name for themselves using the tools we all have available to us . . . that's success. It might not be (insert name of rich and powerful ruler of the world here) success, but it's enough to be able to qualify as someone with an "empire" that we can all learn something from.

I'm not sure if the Internet was an empire that Sleazy Dream would be emperor. Sure, he's obviously done well for himself. He's doing better, I'm sure, than I am. But in the grand scheme of things? As far as TGP guys go, wouldn't The Hun be considered number 1?

Sleazy might have a big account at his bank, but he doesn't own the bank. You know what I mean?
