    Do you guys think Acacia stand a chance vs Supreme court ?

    I don't . It just dosen't make sence and supreme court is all about making sence. What do you guys think

                          It's not about winning in court, it's about how many licenses they can sell until they are overturned.

                          Look at who has bought their license and what that brings in, calculate what it costs to go to court and see if they are losing money.

                          They made $25,000,000 on a patent that was thrown out. Call that losing do you?
