He did not in the hopes that when he got back there was a sufficient sales gain to warrant keeping her. I have no idea what the final deal was, but this had been coming for some time; it was not the result of a medical situation...
Scott can be a turd, which anyone who has ever had to work with him can attest to, but fairs fair...this wasn't a determination based on medical condition...

Gee.....What would have changed in the last month that would cause sales to suddenly increase over a 2 week period after over a year of declining sales?
Perhaps the fact that FC finally started implementing some of the suggestions that Pattyecake has been making over the past year+?
Pattyecake was brought in to do a job and she did her best with the shitty tools that were provided to her. She asked for other tools and was not given them until recently. At this point...So many people had already stopped sending traffic that you can not honestly expect a big jump in 2 weeks.
Employers take note:
If you hire somehahahaha to do a job for you then you might want to actually act on what they tell you to do otherwise you are foolishly throwing away money. Eventually the company is losing so much money that they terminate the very person that they hired to help them pull their shit together. I watched the very same thing happen with another sponsor program a few months ago.
It's kinda like hiring an attorney then not implementing his advice. Pretty fucking stupid, don'tcha think?Comment

But shit dude, if they really intended to terminate her weeks ago then why did they keep stringing her along? She had full access to FC's sponsor admin until this afternoon. Scott telling her TODAY that she was "officially fired" last Thursday is pretty shitty business IMO. "You're fired but you keep on working for us anyway..." blah blah blah. Scott is a wuss IMO and Shaun/Sean for being equally spinless makes it even worse. There is no talking one's way out of this, they fucked up. There's no way in hell that pattye's performance was in question.

However, the FACT remains that Scott had told several people that he would be getting rid of PC when he got back. If this thread was about Scott being an asshole for firing PC for ANY reason other than because he found out she was diagnosed with cancer, he might deserve whatever he gets.

I had to do this for my wife when she got laid off and was on work comp to boot due to a work-related back injury (they laid off everyone, not just her). They raised the premiums on me to about $500 a month.
