We dropped a couple nukes on Japan, rebult them after WWII, and then they bombarded us with electronics goods in the 80's. Their economy boomed, as India's is now, and they bought all of our overpriced real estate. Their economy imploded, as India's will, and we bought the real estate back at fire sale prices.

                                                                          History repeats itself all too often.
