    I see this thrown around here all the fucking time. Anyone actually have some sites generating income they would sell for a mere 3 x monthly revenue?

                                  Yea but it's not like if you buy a straight business . there are way more risk . The owner makes the website . If you change owner it might just go down . Paysites are a little more stable but the best example is absolut-series . His traffic dropped by 3/4 when he changed owner . Call-Kelly dropped a lot too .

Lots of noise but also lots of lurkers with business sense.

                                                                                                                                                                                      The only people that would buy a site on gfy are newbies that dont really know whats going on.. And its ok for them bc whats 400 500 bucks to learn the business.. You have to start some where.. Its the only way to actually start talking to webmasters and generating thoughts and skills to build a better buisness. But if you do have a great business and making whatever annuel income why the heck would you sell unless you wanted out. Its the only reason I would think a person would want to get out.
