Only Matrix knows for sure and they have denied it. Based on my own personal experience and that of others, I have no doubt that they handed over a list. Can I prove it? No. Do I believe Matrix? Hell no.Comment

You do business with a licensee you run the risk of getting your info given to Acacia, it's that simple.
They all say they are protecting you, that they got clauses in their license to not divulge information.
But who's to say what a licensee will sell if his back is to the wall?
Would they rather go out of business or give up a list of contacts?
Not saying anyone has or would, just saying it might happen.
