I had that domain in my hot, little hands for just $15k a year ago, but I cheaped out. Won't make that mistake again.
PS: Thread starter is not the owner, but a broker fishing for an offer. I suspect the name can be had for somewhere around $40k given I negotiated with the owner for a good year. Either way, deal direct.
