    Problem with Batch/Automate feature in photoshop CS.

    So i recently upgraded to photoshop CS from photoshop 6. Personally, i don't like it, purely 'cause of this one annoying problem i've been having.

    I need several thousand images hahahahahahad. So i created a hahahahahaha action, and whack on the batch process. Thing is, unlike in photoshop 6, it's prompting me with the JPEG options (you know, quality, format options, etc) for each and every single file.

    How do i get around this?

    I've tried adding save and also save as into the action, and still not having any luck. I'm not going to sit here and push enter 3 thousand times.

    And if there is no way to get around this annoying problem, what is another program with a batch/action kind of deal?

                          I use photoshop cs for personal use and photoshop 6 on my action box. I noticed the image save problem in photoshop 7 and have no clue how to get around it.

                                  I had this problem with a CD ripping tool way back when... What I did was place a small heavy object (coins?) on the enter key.

                                      Ahhh, that's actually a good idea. I didn't even realise that holding enter would keep it going. I just tried it now and it does. So i think i'll just use your idea and go to bed. Thanks.

                                          1. Right click on your action and make a droplet. If you use the droplet, it won't prompt you for it.

                                          2. At the first prompt, wedge a thick paperclip in your keyboard to hold down the enter key. It sounds stupid, but it works.
