Whats a better alternative to pay per signup. I heard that most CC transactions arent approved because the sponsor doesnt want to risk a chargeback. So anyone have any success from email sponsor signups

People will always sign up for free stuff before they'll pay. I have had good luck with free e-mail signup programs myself... although I dont currently have a TGP so I wouldnt know how it would convert there...Comment

In my experience email sponsors on galleries don't do too well. A gallery to me is more a teaser to get them to shell out cash for more of the unique content you're sampling to them.
On an actual TGP it's different. You're getting mass traffic that isn't filtered through a niche gallery sample yet. Gotta get those freeloaders to make you something

Both can be good. With email sponsors I find it's best to start off flogging all of the sites for the program you try and then whittle it down to just the ones that convert with the traffic you're sending. Doing this can give pretty good clues as to what PPS stuff might work with your traffic as well.
One TGP site I ran that I did this with, it turned out my surfers were very keen on indian women. This was something I would never have guessed, as there was virtually no traffic FROM India, or any other obvious indicators. So after a while I switched the traffic over to an 'indian woman' PPS sponsor and hoo ARR
