    Cutting up mpegs

    What programs let you chop up mpeg videos... I downloaded a music award show but i just want one of the performances... Which programs would let me cut it up and let me save the file with just that performance...

      i use AVI MPEG ASF WMV Splitter
      but u might have to buy first, because it might leave watermarks
