actually we might just pick someone now and then as a jesture of good faith to the industry and include them as a junor member. Problem is, whenever we do that the person ends up making HUGE piles of money due to the instant HIGH-END connections they make and few people are prepared for that kind of a lifestyle change that soo much money will bring.
