                              I know someone mailing this shit already and he sells the same lead to around 6 companies. $60 a lead is more like it if you ask me. If these guys even manage to hit one mortgage out of every 1000 leads they are still ahead $'s wise.

                                      We like to keep our lenders happy by giving them QUALITY leads, and not to piss off the people who submit their info. We make a decent margin but we only pay that much because cost of bandwidth staff etc.

                                                                                  1 lead = $10.00 in your pocket.
                                                                                  1 spam in my inbox = lawsuit for $500.00 plus court costs and expenses.

                                                                                  You would have to sell 50 leads to pay for the statuary damages alone and for each spam I get those costs grow by another $500.00. That doesn't even cover the court costs, travel, lodging or expenses.

                                                                                  You all are much better off promoting your favorite FPA program.
