Damn, that black 300D looks shit hot! I don't really like the 'sparkly' look of the standard one.

Have you purchased any other lenses for your 300D? I want to get a wide angle one but the 1.6 crop factor makes it difficult (a 15mm lens is really equivalent to 24mm on a film camera)

True, but the black does make it look like its more expensive bigger brothers.

I've been very happy with the quality of this camera so far, just having some issues with finding the best settings for low light (moonlight) shots.

I ordered my D70 last Thursday, Can't wait to get my hands on it

I have never been such a big fan of Canon, the pictures are great, but just too silky for my taste.

I prefer the resolution and sharpness of Nikon, even though they are a bit more noisy.
