tgpbuilders is/was a rip-off. I managed to get a portion of my money back after months of hassling the owner. Then he disappeared and his site disappeared.
There are numerous others that paid money for no service, a few I've spoken to on ICQ.
I'm hoping that 'mgpbuilders.com' is not a spin-off. Since it was mentioned in this thread, the owner might want to speak up on this point.
