If Martha Stewart can be prosecuted for a "lie" which affected her personal assets and did not harm anyone else, then George W. Bush should be prosecuted for consistently lying under his oath of the Office of the President of the United States.
He has lied about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, and has consistently lied to the American public about supposed links between Al Qaeda and Iraq. And those lies are just for starters. This man has sabotaged our Democracy and continues to do so. Clinton lied about consentual sex and was nearly impeached for it. Bush has lied about why we had to go to war with Iraq and his actions have caused the deaths of thousands of Iraqi men, women and children and hundreds of Americans. His actions MUST be investigated immediately and be on trial for war crimes.
