I went last year, but found it too overpriced and overcommercialized for my liking.

Then again I live in Costa Rica, so it's not much of a getaway spot for me

I think I'll go....My friends are being a bit annoying about booking up to go in June. If they haven't done so in the next 2 weeks then I'm just gonna take my girl travelling for a month like she wants to.

question is.. I am really stuck on staying at the Ritz-Carlton there..is it advisable to stay at the same hotel as everyone else?

We are planning on going, but Czarina will be about 7.5 months by the time, and she may not feel like it. She is already over the morning sickness, but then comes the weight that she will have to carry.

You'll want to stay at the same hotel as everyone else. The hotel itself is pretty nice.

If you're not going to stay at the same hotel, I'd stay at the JW Marriot. I was there when they first opened and they're better than the Ritz
