              Reminds me of the time the local Sheriff's department sent out award letters to known probation violators telling them that they just won a new car or $20,000 cash. The violators were told to come to an office to collect their money. What they didn't know is that the office was set up by the Sheriff and as the people walked in, they arrested them. It was one of the most brilliant schemes i've ever seen!

              I wouldn't doubt if the IRS is running a very similar sting.

              Maybe I should break out my foil hat.
