          I think if Nth. Korea were to nuke USA the whole country would just collapse on itself. Widespread panic and paranoia would bring down the country. Just look at the effect of 2 planes smashing into a building did. Image a nuke.

                                  Kim Jong Il is probably looking at the situation in Iraq and laughing his ass off. He thinks the US can't attack him so he's boosted with confidence and won't be very good at making concessions unless he gets everything he wants. Of course the Bush admin is more than willing to negotiate with a terrorist like Kim Jong Il because he may actually be a threat not to mention that he's got a lot of things in common with Hitler.
