If you want great steak and seafood. Go to The Tillerman on flamingo off the strip. They crack the crab legs in front of you and they have austrailian lobster and amazing steak also. All for great prices and huge wine list!Originally posted by Persius

There's a private room restaurant in the MGM if you are with a group. Not many people know about. Its ultra classy and the waiters are white gloved and each person at the table has their own guy waiting on them.
Bring lots of money, the bill will be big.
Food is exceptional as well.

As far as good food, I don't know. I haven't been to impressed w/ very many restaraunts since I left SF for Vegas
You can find plenty of NICE restaraunts all over though, 9 steakhouse at the palms is really cool but expensive and the food wasn't all that

Smith and Wollensky's ... steak and seafood just next to Gameworks. Excellent food, definitely recommend. The other is the Charlie Palmer Steakhouse inside the Four Seasons.
