I've bought from these - all very stand-up. You get what you pay for, and in each case, I've gotten more than I paid for.
I had a problem with sexzity once - for some reason the traffic stopped for a couple days. He doubled my traffic purchase instantly.
Never had a problem wth the others.
My current favorite is traffic-out's hardlink. I have both hard links and regular clicked-link traffic (different sites). I'm getting over 1k per day on the hardlink.
