If you shouldn't know it's 2004 and there are many ways to filter such traffic to make sure nothing like this is possible. So the only conclusion I can draw from this is that they simply don't care.

There are more sites out there with the words "preteen" in the domain names all pointing to maxcash. And if you look at the whois info on these domains you will see, that they are run by US webmasters using US affiliate programs. And these domains are already out there for some time, so what the fuck is going on ?
