Frist of all I'm from one of the countries you are reffering to. Secondly I'm neither left winged nor a tree hugger.

Im not saying there isn't much fraud perpetrated by eastern european webmasters but the percentages of e. european webmasters that commit fraud are not nearly as high as you think.

Actually there is more fraudulent activities done by US webmasters than the whole eastern europe IMHO

I just need to post and say i am agree with amph.
I am from east too... and i am agree that are a lot of cheaters here.. but cheaters are everywhere.

I dont think that if in my country are 1000 webmasters and 50% of them are cheaters (that would be 500 ppl to be clear) is worst then 1% of US webmasters (wich could be 10000 ppl)
I think is the numer that count, not %. And the cheaters don't even shuold count.. only thing that need to count is the quality of the honest ones.

I did many business, legal, with east europe webmasters.. and they are much devoted and ready to help then others.. like dutch.. who think that earth spin around Nederland.
