With male Talent you get what you pay for. Sometimes a model will bring her boyfriend along ( $0 cost ) and it turns out to be a great shoot but most times guys who think they can get it up in front of a camera crew cannot do it.
The professional male talent we use and pay anything from $200 to $400 per scene always provide the goods, never had a single problem with the pros in 20+ years.

If your paying the female talent $700 to $800 a scene its a lot of cash to waste if her guy cannot get a woody ?

In all seriousness, a good woodsman is very hard to find. If you do find someone good, take care of them.

On the flip side, some clients don't want the same guy all the time. And, I believe that sometimes, guys like the one above work well in specific niches. It's the Ron Jeremy analogy...he's the everyman that fucks hot girls, which is a big turn on for a majority of members out there....
