They weren't online all night and Rage didn't have access to a phone so I called their tech support for him. After getting disconnected several times even trying to make it through their automated menus, I finally got put on hold for a minute or two -- then a pre-recorded message came on saying no one was available, and I was disconnected again.
Finally got through to tech support a half an hour later and told them the server's were fucked, and that Rage has been trying to reach tech support on ICQ all night. Couple hours later, and no one had gotten back to him.
No idea if this is typical of Oxeo support...I'd only heard good things about them in the past. *shrug*

Looks like the server was just fixed a couple minutes ago...14+ hours after the problem originally occured, and almost 8 hours after Rage ICQ'ed them about it to try and get it fixed. Hoorah for 24/7 tech support

which is exactly why he posted here in the first place

The personal cell phone number he was given to contact them with in case of emerrgency wasn't working last night. Kinda defeats the purpose of an emergency number, if it doesn't work the one time you actually need it.
