    Ok this really will change your view of how you view the world.

    Just follow the simple instructions carefully, all you will be doing in the video is counting how many times a certain team throws a basketball. You need java enabled to download the video applet. Takes about 30 seconds to do the test. and don't spoil it for the rest if you have done it before.

              I've seen a video like that before.. problem was I wasn't expecting it this time but actually saw it. It was a little too obvious. Nice one though

                  This journey gives us a good feeling for just how elusive and subjective is our perception of the world. Distracting our minds is not that hard. Magicians use this quiet often, they trick us by simply diverting our minds to a certain activity while performing a different activity at the same time.

                  But the real questions that arise from this movie are far more interesting. Could it be that in reality, certain activities take place "under our nose" without us noticing them?

                  In our daily life we often come across items such as keys, pens, watch, remote control etc. that kind of "disappear" only to show up later in the same or other place. Did you ever ask yourself how does this happen? Or where those items where after they disappeared and before they were found again?

                          well.. obviously i didnt see the fucking gorilla
                          so this guy that sites at his desk sunday midnight a few feet away
                          says to me while watching the fucking video and counting "hey theres a gorilla passing by"

                          im really worried now because just MAYBE theres an occasional gorilla (or hahahahahaha fucking my bitches) in my livingroom without me noticing it.

                                  Apparently if you play a lot of video games you are more likely to have a better overall perception since you are used to following several things at once on a screen. I was at a seminar with about 25 ppl mostly over 35 and not one person saw it. One woman couldn't see it even after it was played 2 or 3 times for her.

                                                  Hmm that was awesome, I think I counted the exact passes, and I saw that damn gorillia.

                                                  I play a lot of video games, and I was concentrating because I knew there was kind of trick involved, but damn that was quite a cool experiment.

                                                                  I was even thinking about it when counting and thought it would be about racism or something like that, and how the dude in the gorilla suit didn't get the ball once !!

                                                                      After I finished watching the video I didn't think of the gorilla. But when the question came up I realized that there was somthing big and hairy that was in the video at some point.
                                                                      So I watched the video again and the gorilla was there for pretty long time hehe.
