I have a question, do u feel like being fucked by sponsors? I don't know what happen, ratios 0:1300 or 0:2600 or 1:1700 from SE should be normal now? Or maybe there is so many TGPs ? What do you think ?

dont send your traffic straight to the sponsor then when a sponsor goes cold on you, swap out the sponsors. After ARS I will never send traffic straight to the sponsor ever again. -
also make sure you use a variety of sponsors, so if one goes to shit you have others to fall back on

My traffic is targeted, lesbians goes to lesbians sites, big tits to big tits sites. I thing there are too many TGP (newbie can do it in 15 minutes) and surfer like free porn, fuck TGPs. The second way is to reduce signup revenue for webmasters to 15$, it should stop shaving process. I prefer 10 su for 15$ to 3 for 30$.Originally posted by ivango

I am working for an European company wich runs their own affiliate program as you can see in my sign.
Some months ago we decided not to go to USA with a big bang because we calculated and realized that we would burn money only if we offer all features some other affiliate programs promise.
Our affiliate program runs at it limits, more pay out and goodies for webmasters are not possible without fraud(for us,but we don't have the stone of the wise).
But imagine you are running your own affiliate program - what would, no, what do you have to do?
You can't get new webmasters or hold the old ones with the truth today:
0$ for a free trial
5$ for a 10$ sign up
...and so on.

Hell my conversion ratios are half that with TGP gallery traffic.
You need to find decent sponsors. I personally stay away from corpro-sponsors when I can. I have always been more productive with the smaller owner operated site.Comment

The best strategy is to have multiple number of sponsors. I currently work with 10 -15 myself at any one time. And drop those ones that are not converting for you. Although you also need to evaluate the quality of your traffic. SE traffic is only good if it highly targeted with specific keywords.SIG TOO BIG! In my experience many webmasters are quick to get down on a sponsor because of a dry spell. You have to realize that statistical fluctuations will happen, until you have very large sample sizes. I mean, you may flip a coin 10 times and get all tails, and just the same you may send 5000 hits to a sponsor and get no signups.Why haven't you given FastSize a try yet?

I send any where from 25k to 50k unquies to about 6 strong sponsors and another 15 to 20 smaller sponsors, A week. when I say strong, I mean the ones I promote the most, and smaller, the ones I dont, mostly just free hosted galleries. Any ways I have seen a complete drop in the last month in sales especially the last couple weeks if that makes you feel any better your not the only one, but the bad conversions could be due to Spring break, and also all the TGPs but get used to it I have been in the business since 98 and every single month it seems I work more for less
