Webmasters - what features are you looking for?

Search doesn't work.....so I need feedback.

What features are you looking for in an affiliate program that either isn't available or isn't available as a package?

Do you prefer partnerships or revshare?
Do you prefer hosted galleries or content to promote the site?
What type of features in the affiliate software are you looking for?
Should sponsors have cascading billing or multiple billing companies?

I'd really appreciate your feedback......

I do alot of consulting on a dialy basis.

If your serious will be more than glad to give ya some great info on what can make an affiliate program very nice.

There is actually alot of ground for improvement in affiliate programs.

Alien, yes I'm serious - I'm not a programmer, but I've already spoken with one and got a quote. Although we came up with good additions, the other program I'm working on will need more bells and whistles - in terms of benefits to those promoting the sites. Money is good to make but if it's complicated to find the information 'YOU' want, that may be a deterrant for you to promote it.

what i meant is that no webmaster's layout is standard, i use 100x100, some use 88x88, and some use 39x76... know what i mean?

make it resizable and everyone is happy

as for templates, i use only one each time and just swap out the pics... better to have a few that work that 30 that don't

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

source code with hosted images and banners in the source so we can add rotating thumb galleries to our servers without having to send the surfer to an off server site. quality premade templates for galleries.

check my sig and look at silvercash, theyve got a great CP, that I wish more programs would use.

Can you elaborate, when you say source code, you want to have this all in text? The ability to have the entire galleries downloadable in a zip file would suffice, wouldn't it?
