Lensman this board has gone to shit.

Too much signature whoring, spamming, dramas, useless kids and idiots.

For instance Pimppuppy starts a thread insulting Amps mother and it gets over 60 replies, just keeping it at the top. The people replying must know everytime you hit submit it sends the thread back to the top. Are there ANY moderators here?

Start one asking an industry related question and it falls to the bottome in a couple of hours. No one is interested in discussing business but everyone wants to get in on a drama.

Well eventually advertisers will start to look at what they are getting backfor their money and realise it aint worth it.

Now I've had my say you can all ignore this and reply to the pimppuppies stupid threads. Giving him more views and playing right into his hands.

I gotta say I agree somewhat, when i first joined i was looking to help with my chosen proffesion, but i get caught up in the drama too. It's fun, takes away the monotony.

That is the reason I wish the search function was working. I found alot of usefull stuff from that and could actually keep track of the good threads without bookmarking them.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

It's basically a board where anyone can come to fuck around (webmaster or not). I'm sure Lensman is making more money than ever off it though

advertisers make their money back, easily.

plus, theres other forums here too, so if you dont feel like fucking around in here, use the other forums for announcements and business

Im a little bit surprised that the adds keep selling on here because of the lack of any real buisness going on here so no real webmasters click the adds but it must be a buisness model that is working or lens or he would do somthing about it. Im not even sure who the mods are anymore.

I've been clicking banners and buttons left and right here today looking at sponsors. This is one of the best places to come when you're looking for something new/fresh to promote imho.

Well that used to be true and I'm known as a spammer. However recently it's not been working.

We have a very good database that backs up our site, we log traffic, where it comes from, how much of it converts to registrations, then how much of it buys. I looked at our stats recently and was surprised. Traffic is up from this board (more posters?), but registrations are down slightly. The worrying thing is sales to people from GFY has crashed, so what about quality?

The advertisers on the board are mostly Traffic programs, so are they attracting the right kind of webmaster? They are looking for people to send them good clicks, this comes from webmasters not happy with their present sponsor and newbies.

Would you think the members on the board today are better at driving traffic or worse and how many traffic programs monitor as closely as we do how the business arrives?

This post was not entirely about Trey, I used him as an example to illustrate my point that this board has become more about entertainment for fools and less about a place for Adult Internet people to meet.

i've only read one person in this thread saying Lensman banned pimpdog but it didn't seem possible for me...

About the only way to do that Charly would be to ban about 90% of those that signed on in 03 and 04. lol They seem to be either surfers, dipsticks or otherwise mentally challenged.
