    ePassporte

    is this true?

    I have someone from Sweden that is talking to me about their inability to get an ePassporte account because they do not have a credit card.

    I thought ePassporte was supposed to be a viable alternative to a credit card. Did I miss something here?

          you need a CC to get an ePassporte Visa Electron card. They charge you $30 for the card and they put like $10 in your account.

                              3. Use your personal credit card to load a personal account.

                                  You don't need a CC to get an ePassporte card.. but to get a Visa Electron Card from ePassporte you need a CC.

                                                                                                                                      The only place you need the credit card is to load the account if you don't have a sponsor that pays via ePassporte.

                                                                                                                                      Once you have the initial account, anyone with an account can send you money as well.
