    RICE: <b>I really don't remember</b>, Commissioner, whether I discussed this with the president.

    BEN-VENISTE: Isn't it a fact, Dr. Rice, that the August 6th PDB warned against possible attacks in this country? And I ask you whether you recall the title of that PDB

    RICE: I believe the title was, <b>Bin Laden Determined to Attack Inside the United States</b>.

                          If you had really listened, you would have realized that rather than the soundbite that Ben Veniste was going for.....regarding the title, there was NO specific threat laid out in that presidential daily brief (pdb)
                          Yes, Bin Laden Determined to Attack Inside the United States was the title.....he had been determined to attack US interests here and abroad for YEARS. So what? There was NO actual no intelligence available describing anything specific.
                          This was a general overal brief regarding a long standing situation. Thats' all.
