I gotta say.. he promised me a refund on ICQ - three times. He never came through. All he says is "hit me up on ICQ and I'll take care of you". When I hit him up, he always has excuses.. "no money in my paypal right now - try me later", or "I don't have a credit card - you have to wait".
He froze my traffic weeks ago, and hasn't refunded the balance.
I got tired of waiting.
