          ive seen lots of galleries like that. Its because the thumbnail is taken from the actualy movie clip, instead of a high quality picture

              All my thumbs are taken from the movie. Before you encode the movie to 525 kbps you should have the original WMV you're taking it from and screencap from that. A little extra work = high quality thumbs.
