I think in most cases people just get pissed off because their traffic is coming so slow, so they mention it on the boards, then he gets pissed off and freezes their account.
All this mention of hitbot traffic is pure bullshit, but the traffic is slow, that is a fact. -

I gotta say.. he promised me a refund on ICQ - three times. He never came through. All he says is "hit me up on ICQ and I'll take care of you". When I hit him up, he always has excuses.. "no money in my paypal right now - try me later", or "I don't have a credit card - you have to wait".
He froze my traffic weeks ago, and hasn't refunded the balance.
I got tired of waiting.

This has been said by many people, many times. I would take these comments as a good indicator that turboface is a useless troll. I have read Many threads about him and they all seem to have the same ending........Turboface is a smalltime scammer. He himself (many Times) has claimed to be one of the big traffic guys....hahahaha he is not even in the same league as most of the real traffic brokers. When does acting unprofessional and not delivering on promises become scamming? I don't think turbo intentionally tries to defraud, but it appears he's desperate for your cash most of the time and is willing to lie about how quickly and how much traffic you will receive.
If I buy traffic under the promise that I'll receive it in total within two weeks and then it comes so slow that the pace now becomes two years I'd feel scammed. He knows that he doesn't have the traffic to satisfy his current clients, yet he continues to take on new customers and just continues to dilute the amount of traffic going to his existing clients.
He always has excuses as to why you aren't getting your promised flow of traffic. He continually will put you off and even promises, but not deliver on a refund. He has the same excuses for all his unsatisfied clients and his stories just repeat themselves. The guy is living check to check and is willing to ruin his rep and business to pay his bills.
I find it ironic that he put so much effort into calling out Videovoyeur for his scamming, all the while lying to his own unsatisfied clients and ruining his own rep. In summary, when you tell your clients they will receive your services within a certain time frame, you don't deliver and won't refund, then I do believe it becomes scamming. You're selling services under false pretenses in order to get the sale.
