while I understand the amberalert thing, I have a deep down gut feeling the systems being fine tuned so they can switch it to being used to catch avg citizens or those who have commited something "wrong" ever watch/read farenhiet 451?... this is how they used tv and alerts to capture those that didnt "conform" to society.Comment
