I would just use free cgi counter + webalizer. Otherwise use paycounter and GET paid.

I have awstats and webalizer, but my server load is getting to the point where when the scripts run the log files it's pushing the CPU's RPM's into the red, and I don't feel like getting yet another server just to run the stats.
