I understand your point, and it's valid.
But at the same time, then I shouldn't do awards either for the same reason right?
See, I view it as, not everyone can win an award, so I'd like to not alienate those who didn't win awards but are still worthy, so I'm expanding in hopes to prevent more alienation.
It's just a little detail in a night, just a sign you walk past, if it even gets noticed.
Maybe I should put everyones name on it and blow it up to a wall size.
