          Macromedia Flash

          Save As -> Avi

          Numerous avi -> svcd converters out there [nero].. google.com take your pick.

          Then play in your player.
          If you want something to burn to dvd nero also does that. Or you can download Divx -> Vob

              it is not free, but they offer a free trial and the cost of it is little compared to Macromedia's Flash.


              SWISH is awesome and has many many uses.
